HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Please remember:
Always send your request of participation in good advance (by fax, letter or e-mail).
Submit your application before deadline:
- for the Spring exhibition: 10 November (for old exhibitors)
- for the Autumn exhibition: 10 May (for old exhibitors)
- New exhibitors are accepted even after application deadlineFill out the compulsory forms within due time, completed with all required documents.
Send your stand builder:
- a copy of the technical regulations and indications about compulsory documents to be submitted through e-service
- a detailed map of your stand surface, available at www.lineapelle-fair.it in the Area reserved to exhibitors, after stand allocation
- schedule of booth assembly and disassembly operationsSend your customers an invitation to the exhibition in due time, so that they will be able to register online to get their e-ticket by e-mail. They will just need to print it or save it on their smartphone to show it at the entrance and so any registration at the reception will no longer be necessary.
