國際會展業(yè)三大協(xié)會發(fā)起組成全球聯(lián)盟!

為國際會展業(yè)服務的三個全球協(xié)會今后將密切合作:AIPC (國際會議中心協(xié)會) 、ICCA (國際大會和會議協(xié)會) 和UFI (國際展覽業(yè)協(xié)會) 發(fā)起組成全球聯(lián)盟。全球聯(lián)盟將共同促進協(xié)作,讓作為合作伙伴的三個協(xié)會各自的會員組織產(chǎn)生更全面和更一致的利益。


該聯(lián)盟已同意在四個主要領域開始探索交流和互惠的計劃,其中包括:行業(yè)培訓的內(nèi)容、行業(yè)調(diào)研、標準化和宣傳。聯(lián)盟的組成將實施三個協(xié)會之間的靈活協(xié)作框架,以便在不損害每個會員組織的重心和平臺的情況下實現(xiàn)協(xié)作所帶來的好處。


作為合作伙伴,三個協(xié)會將首先進行一系列的教育及培訓交流,將彼此的知識內(nèi)容納入各自的舉辦的會議活動,也立刻展開并調(diào)整對共同實踐領域采取的措舉,比如行業(yè)調(diào)研和宣傳活動。同時,各協(xié)會的領導層之間也發(fā)起定期交流,以便在標準、術語和**實踐等范圍內(nèi)保持利益一致。


除了眼前的實際成果外,三個協(xié)會均認為,組成聯(lián)盟將在相互商定的行業(yè)框架內(nèi),提高業(yè)界一致性的發(fā)展,從而提高整個行業(yè)的信譽。


聯(lián)盟組織包括:

AIPC (國際會議中心協(xié)會) 是一個由來自60個國家的185個主要會議中心組成的全球網(wǎng)絡,有900多名管理級別的專業(yè)人員積極參與其中。它致力于鼓勵、支持和認可會議中心的**管理,通過其國際成員的不同經(jīng)驗和專業(yè)知識,及維持一系列的教育培訓、調(diào)研,交流和行業(yè)標準方案來實現(xiàn)它的目標。


AIPC還認可和促進國際會議工業(yè)在支持經(jīng)濟學術、專業(yè)發(fā)展以及在加強高度多元的商業(yè)和文化利益之間的全球關系方面起了重要的作用。AIPC的會員是專門為會議和展覽行業(yè)建造設施。


ICCA (國際會議和會議協(xié)會) 在管理、運輸和國際會議和活動組辦方面代表著世界上領先的供應商,目前在全世界近100個國家擁有1100多個會員企業(yè)和組織。自55年前成立以來,ICCA專門從事國際協(xié)會會議領域的服務,提供完整的行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)、通信渠道和業(yè)務發(fā)展的機會。

AIPC, ICCA and UFI Launch Global Alliance effort


Paris - 25 June 2019: Three global associations serving the International Meetings Industry will collaborate more closely in the future: AIPC (The International Association of Convention Centres), ICCA (The International Congress and Convention Association), and UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) agreed to launch a Global Alliance. Together, they will facilitate collaboration and generate more comprehensive and better-aligned benefits for the three associations’ respective members.


The alliance has agreed to begin a program of exploring exchange and reciprocity in four primary areas: educational content, research, standards, and advocacy. It would implement a flexible framework of collaboration between the three associations in order to achieve these benefits without compromising the focus and platform of each member organization.


The three partners will begin by engaging in a series of educational exchanges incorporating each other’s knowledge content into their respective conferences and starting to align approaches taken to areas of common practice such as research and advocacy activities, beginning immediately. At the same time they are initiating a regular exchange between their respective leaderships to align interests on issues like standards, terminology and best practices.


In addition to the immediate practical outcomes, the partners believe the Alliance also offers potential to enhance the credibility of the industry as a whole by providing a vehicle for development of greater consistency within a mutually agreed industry framework.
